Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SACRED SPACE. These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of our interior design, furniture and home decor sales, and vacation rental services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

SECTION 1 - Scope of Services
We are a full-service interior design firm that provides end-to-end project management for all design projects, in addition to offering furniture and home decor sales and vacation rental services.

SECTION 2 - Payment Terms and Policies
Clients are expected to pay an initial service fee after the consultation and agreement has been reached. Upon completion of the design plans, which include an itemized list of material and labor costs, clients must pay 20% of the total project cost to initiate production. Disbursements will be made throughout the course of the project as work is completed. In the event that payment is not made by the client at any stage of the process, production will cease. Work will resume once payment has been received. Please note that this may impact the project timeline if rescheduling with any contractors is required.

SECTION 3 - Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Any payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable due to the completion of work. There are no penalties for rescheduling appointments on the first instance; however, if a client requests to reschedule an appointment within 48 hours of the appointment, a $50 fee will be charged before confirming another appointment.
SECTION 4 - Property Access and Communication
We require clients to grant us full access to the property once production has commenced. We will communicate the schedule for property access, and expect clients to notify us of any activities at the property that may impede our work.
SECTION - Dispute Resolution
All disputes and issues that may arise during the project will be brought to the client's attention for a final decision to be made. If the dispute or issue affects the project timeline, we will inform the client.
